    Fanny Going (variants) is the daughter of Aggy and Moses Sr. She registered as required as FPC 3 Feb 1806 Botetourt VA as "A dark mulatto, 5 feet 4 inches, born free by 14th Aug from Clk of Henrico". Virginia legislation defined "Mulatto" in 1705 as "the child of an Indian and the child, grandchild, and great-grandchild" of an African. Fanny (Goin) married Botetourt VA 6 Dec 1806 to Beverly Legans.
