She married James Spencer Morris, and they were married until death separated them. She had children Enid Gladys (Morris) Thom, Gwenda Beckwith, and Geoffrey Morris. Hazel Morris died at age 67 years old on January 22, 1957 at Mercy Hospital For Women 163 Studley Rd, in Heidelberg, Banyule City County, VIC Australia.
