Thomas Aherron 1871 - 1941

Thomas Aherron was born on July 11, 1871 in Henry County, Virginia United States. He married Lucy Rachael (Richardson) Aherron on March 22, 1894 in Pittsylvania County, and they were married until Lucy's death on July 20, 1905. They had children Cordelia Sybil (Aherron) Gosney and Ila Gertrude (Aherron) Miller. He also married Willie Mae (Garbee) on December 24, 1906 in Lynchburg, and they were married until Willie's death on May 24, 1940. They had children Carlton Thomas Aherron, Louise Arlene (Aherron) Hasty, Violet Elizabeth (Aherron) Drew, Kenneth Eugene Aherron, Edith Marie (Aherron) Mathews, Reuben Beverley Aherron, Rachel (Aherron) Johnson, and Richard Theodore Aherron. Thomas Aherron died at age 70 years old on November 22, 1941 in Newport News.
