Army and Corps area Commanders meet with Woodring and Chief of Staff. Washington, D.C., Dec. 1. A conference held yesterday at the War Department between Army and Corps area commanders and the Secretary of War and Chief of Staff was held to plan intensive training of the army for the next six months.
