This is such a wonderful photo! It's hard to read, but I believe that Edith was a stewardess for Braniff Airways? Braniff International Airways operated from 1930 - 1982 primarily in the midwestern and southwestern United States, Mexico, Central America & South America and later on to Asia & Europe. I believe British Airways was founded in 1974. Thanks for sharing!
