This is a picture of my paternal grandfather, Oscar Elbert Hogan, and his 1st wife Ida (Foland) Hogan about the time they were married in 1907. They lived in Bluefield WV. Oscar was from Bedford Co. VA, the son of John Henry Hogan and Virginia Catherine (Stanley) Hogan. Ida died childless in 1914. Oscar remarried in Dec 1915 to Lee Emma Hodges. They too lived in Bluefield. After Lee Emma's death in 1939, Oscar married his childhood friend Annie Crouch. They lived in Montvale, Bedford, Co, VA. John, Virginia and Lee Emma are shown in other pictures under the Hogan name.
