Joseph & Isadore Schub circa 1912, Chicago, Illinois, in Goat Cart, Post Card: Not positive about the identification of the two boys, but it seems likely from the best recollections available. Isadore & Joseph were the two oldest sons of Morris & Lena Schub of Chicago, IL, USA. Isadore died in a fire in 1917, when he was about 10 years old.

Abraham died in 1863 in the US Civil War (84th Reg. IL Inf.) at the Battle of Stones River in Tennessee. Mary Ann re-married Edmund Avery in 1867, but she died in 1868, and the four children were placed under guardianship, guardian Joseph Updegraff and later Margaret Sullivan.

Joseph M L Schub of North Hollywood, Los Angeles County, CA was born on February 26, 1908, and died at age 80 years old on August 6, 1988. Joseph Schub was buried at Los Angeles National Cemetery Section C-182 Site 13 950 South Sepulveda Boulevard, in Los Angeles.
Irene (Jobe) Cale
Irene Cale of Chicago, Cook County, IL was born on September 14, 1895, and died at age 89 years old in February 1985.
