Sallie Ann King (Linkous)
Individual on the right is Sallie Ann (or Sarah) King, daughter of William Riley King and Cynthia May Bland of Tazewell, Virginia. She is my Great Grandmother. I recently located her death certificate which verifies her parentage. She was born July 16, 1865 and died January 8, 1942.

Found this photo in my deceased mother's things. I believe these people to be associated with the Linkous Family and may be Abraham & Emaline Simpson Linkous. Abraham was the son of John Linkous & Elizabeth Trollinger and the grandson of Henry Linkous & Elizabeth Shiflett.

James Tolbert Cooper
My Great Grandfather, James Tolbert Cooper, was born in 1860 in what is now Lincoln County, WV. He lived to be 102. His first wife was my Great Grandmother, Lydia Jane Linville, who was the daughter of Mandeville Linville and Angeline Elkins.

My Great-Great Grandparents. George W. Stowers was born May 10, 1842 and Mary Elizabeth Nichols was born September 11, 1853. Mary Elizabeth's death certificate indicates she was the daughter of Thomas Nichols of Tazewell, VA and Anna Phipps of Logan Co., (VA now WV)

Found this in my mother's old photos and believe it could be Abraham Linkous (son of John Linkous & Elizabeth Trollinger) as I have a photo of his son George W. Linkous and the resemblance is striking, especially the eyes.
