She was an amazing, kind, dedicated, patient, loving, brave, hard-working, wonderful woman, who died a senseless death, due to the negligence of Conroe Regional Medical Center, in Conroe Texas. The surgeon nicked her bowel and refused to even look at her when she alerted nursing staff that something was wrong. The hospital refused to sign the death certificate, so an autopsy couldn't be performed. The law will not permit it, yet she had to be buried before a certain date. Stay out of Montgomery County, Texas. Corruption is quite severe. My aunt is still fighting to have her mother exhumed so the hospital can be held responsible for their crimes. That hospital killed my freind's mother, as well.

Ivey Dee Wagnon of Cleveland, Montgomery County, Texas United States was born on January 15, 1941. He was married to Dolores Nell (Vaughn) Wagnon, and died at age 66 years old on March 17, 2007. Ivey Wagnon was buried at Security Cemetary Security Cemetery Rd, in Cleveland/Security.
