Hugh Clyde Pardue
The last photo I took of him we were riding on the Pocahontas ferry crossing over the James River heading to Jamestown.

He was born in the 1930 to Katherine Callaway. His father I can't remember his name I'll have to come back with that. His father was a farmer and was later in life in a wheelchair. His parents lived in Yakinville far as I remember there was two House's on the property and I remember a interstate Highway running past the house at the bottom of the hill. Which if I can understand was part of their land. the main house it self was two story with well water because their was still a working black hand pump in the kitchen sink. And there was a Outhouse off to the right just out side the backdoor. There was also a large black Iron kettle sitting in the backyard where as I was told she did everything in that kettle from washing clothes to Canning.
