I have recieved a box of old photos and I am trying to put names with the faces to family members and if they are not family members, I would like to give the pictures to the actual families they belong to. The family names I am researching are Singleton, Welty, Hannah, Bemis, Birge, Beals, Broughton, James, McConville, Uriz, Gonzales, Barnett, Hays, Janzen, Johansen, Kelly, Kelsey, Kinkead, Lake, Schmidt, Thatcher, Tollen/Tollon, and Vaness, I am searching through these names as I have pictures and or letters from these families to my family the Welty's and Singletons. Cherokee Indian ?
Nancy Ann Hamilton, supposed to be a Cherokee Indian. She was born 9 Jun 1836 in Illinois. Died 27 Jun 1881 in Illinois. She married James W. Gibson 3 Sep 1864. Their daughter, Lourella Tiora Gibson, married James Z. Barnett. (Pictue already on site.)

Cute chubby-cheeked little girl with her big bow! The back of the photo reads "Mrs Singleton & daughter Ethel."
No locations or photographers are identified. This is the only information I have specifically about this photo.
I purchased this in a huge lot of photos from Ebay. They have no traceable history as the seller got them from someone who checks the dumpsters behind estate sales around several states in the midwest! I can only list what is on the individual photos themselves as they all came from different places. That's why I'm posting as many photos as I can, so any more of their history isn't lost. I would be interested to know if they help any family researchers though.
