In the summer of 1974... I stayed the summer with Tommy and Barbara, along with my son Steven Wayne Finley (2-29-1972). Tommy was driving truck for TG&Y at the time, so we didn't see much of him. I was about 17 and had been struggling for the past few years, financially. Sometimes we depended on what was called "Commodities" and rarely able to buy things we wanted. Barbara took me to the grocery store to shop for the family groceries. Kim and Paula were the only children they had at that time. Barbara did not inspect each price on each item and I was so impressed that Tommy would make enough money to make that happen. They were buying a home in Montgomery, Alabama and he seemed to be a very good provider. I had been married to Tommy's half-brother, Clinton Bill Finley(6-2-1951) but ended up divorcing when Steven was an infant.

He went by "Bill". He was born in Texas and grew up in Yakima, Washington. His mother, Johnnie raised him with his brother(John "Buzz") and sister (LeAnn). When he was 20, he married Rhonda Brader when she was 15 (m.2-11-1971 in Soap Lake, WA). They had a son (Steven Wayne Finley 2-29-1972) They divorced when Steven was an infant.

All of his children called him "Old Man". He had several sisters that lived in or near Oklahoma City. He was well educated but somehow ended up an alcoholic. He was married twice and had two children with his first wife: Guy Thomas Finley and Helen, and three children with Johnnie Ann Williams: Clinton Bill - father of Steven Wayne Finley (2-29-1972) and John"Buzz", LeeAnn.
