Rosita Melody (Munar) Espenida was born on November 26, 1972 to Lucio B Munar. Family, friend, or fan, this family history biography is for you to remember Rosita Melody Munar.
Lucio is my biological grandfather. He adopted me when I was young and it was around 1984-1985 when my adoption papers were finally approved. He adopted me with the hope of bringing me over to New York to live with him. So, from Cabuco my family name was changed to MUNAR when I was in second year high school. I fondly call him Lolo Lucio. He comes home to the Philippines to visit every so often until he is unable to travel anymore. Unfortunately, until he did, I wasn't able to go to New York at all. We only talked over the phone. I was working in KSA when I learned that he died through a relative. I didn't know any details until now when I searched through this website. I am his legally adopted daughter and I would like to know if there is anything he left for me, inheritance perhaps. He had a last will and testament and my sister was appointed the administrator of the same. A copy of which was given to her by our biological parents who are both deceased now. But she claims she can't find it anymore. I'm trying my luck if there is anyone who could help me with this matter.

My mom's side of the family is Swedish (and still lives in Sweden) and she instilled in me lots of Swedish heritage and traditions which has made me who I am today. My dad's side of the family is German and Irish and the most likely the side of the family I get all my freckles from. Family is so important, and welcome everyone to discover more about them, their history, and share about their loved ones who make up the history of who we are!

Lucio B Munar was born on December 7, 1910. He resided in New York and was a high school graduate. He worked as a chauffeur and driver.
He enlisted in the US military on November 16, 1942 as a Selectees (Enlisted Men) component of the military and was assigned to the Branch Immaterial - Warrant Officers, USA. He held the rank of Private and his service number was 32631724.
He began his military service on November 23, 1942, just a week after enlisting. He served until September 8, 1945, when he was honorably discharged from the military.
Lucio B Munar passed away on December 20, 1999 at the age of 89.
