Rick had an English student who was notoriously late.One day he purposely passed out the Othello test to the Macbeth Class and told the students to act natural as if the test made perfect sense.
Late student walked in and was handed a test.He sat down and visibly began panicking when he realized he hadn't studied for Othello.Epic reaction.

Rick would bring his golf putter and golf ball to the door of the neighboring class,prop the door open and ask"Mind if I play through?"
He would test the wind with his finger,lay on the floor to judge the lay of the carpet,and put his golf ball under desks around the room.He would make his way around the room,then putt his ball back out into the hall and shut the door,like nothing happened.

Rick had a rubber arm that he would use to scare the class.He would reach his actual arm in the door to adjust the thermostat for 3 days in a row.On the 4th day,he would arrange with neighbor teacher to slam the door on the fake rubber arm he disguised as his own.He loved the gasps from shocked students.

His students loved him back and affectionately bestowed on him the nickname "Mr. Tan Pants" due to his predictable wardrobe that resembled Mr.Rogers attire.
