About me:
I have been a resident of PA most of my years on God's good earth--tried being a California girl for about 4 years in the late 1990's (Palm Springs) and enjoyed the sunshine in the winter and spring--but definitely not the 120 degree daytime temps in the summer and fall. Moved back to PA in late 2000 and have lived here ever since. I am at the stage of life where I have raised my two sons and watched my grandsugars progress from infancy to young adulthood with great joy and also concern for their future in a country that has fallen into moral decay.
But GOD IS GOOD all the time--I pray for our country and its leaders each and every day and push back against the evil agenda of the power brokers far and wide.

About my family:
The photo is me with my 2 "boys", Matt (on the right) and Jeremy (on the left). Matt has moved all over the country after his marriage to a California girl in 1992. Matt and his wife, Christine, blessed me with a granddaughter, Sailor in 1999. Jeremy and his wife, Tracy, have 3 beautiful children--Hannah, Christian and Audrey. They are joys of my life!!

I want to build a place where my son can meet his great-grandparents. My grandmother Marian Joyce (Benning) Kroetch always wanted to meet her great-grandchildren, but she died just a handful of years before my son's birth.
So while she didn't have the opportunity to meet him, at least he will be able to know her.

My father's side is full blood Sicilian and my mother's side is a combination of Welsh, Scottish, German and a few other European cultures. One of my more colorful (ahem black sheep) family members came over on the Mayflower. He was among the first to be hanged in the New World for a criminal offense he made while onboard the ship.

My fondest memories were of sitting in the living room at night as a little girl of 3 years old listening to my Dad play country music tunes on his acoustic guitar. Dad at one time in his teen years had been part of a "country music band" of neighborhood guys and gals from York, PA. They even played on a local radio talent scout show and I believe even won first prize on one of their performances. I would sing along when I knew the words, but usually was just happy to be with my Dad listening to him "sing and strum".
I look forward to joining him in God's bright kingdom playing piano for him while he strums some favorite tunes for Jesus and the heavenly "chorale".
Love you Dad - thank you for giving us a moral compass and showing us what hard work and dedication to a cause is all about.
