She was born 09 Apr 1835 in Meyersdale, Southampton (Somerset) Pennsylvania, and died 1921 in, Wellersburg, Southampton (Somerset) Pennsylvania.

District 163. Mary Snyder and her daughter Catharine and her 3 children Clara, Frank and James were all living with George and Anna Fechtig.
* Found an 1920 Federal Census Pennsylvania-(Somerset)-Southampton-
District 200. Mary Snyder is the only one living with George and Anna Fechtig.

Maryland. She is the daughter of John Adam Snyder( b: 07 Feb 1830, Germany, d: 18
Apr 1878, PA) and Mary Hostetler (b: 09 Apr 1835, PA d: 1921, PA). Family lore as it is told by my mother's father Frank Snyder, that Catharine Snyder never married, but she did have 3 children. According to some census they have her listed as a widow so it is not known for sure. They could of assumed at this time and era that she was widowed since she had children. Can’t find any record either way.
