She married Frederick Henry Evans in 1891, and had children Lila Annie ( Evans) Anthony, Harold Henry Evans, Doris Margaret Evans, and Alice Mary Evans. Jane Evans died at age 68 years old on February 14, 1938 in Northcote, City of Darebin County, VIC.

Aged 67 years. At rest.
