David Quentin Loepp
David Quentin Loepp was born to David August Ferdinand (1890-1950) and Matilda Ann (Neubauer) Loepp (1898-1950) in Sioux City Iowa and had two sisters Marie Theresa (1929-2019) and Virginia Claire (born 1932), and a brother Robert Thomas Loepp (1935-2018). He married twice, and with Angeline Sechovec (1929-2012) whom he married on December 9th 1950 in Lincoln Lancaster Nebraska he had two daughters and three sons. He served in the United States Navy during World War 2 and enlisted on April 17th 1945 and was discharged on June 4th 1947. See Son of Ex-Mayor Here Joins Navy. David worked in oil exploration for major oil companies across the United States and into South America.

I want to build a place where my son can meet his great-grandparents. My grandmother Marian Joyce (Benning) Kroetch always wanted to meet her great-grandchildren, but she died just a handful of years before my son's birth. So while she didn't have the opportunity to meet him, at least he will be able to know her. For more information about what we're building see About AncientFaces. My father's side is full blood Sicilian and my mother's side is a combination of Welsh, Scottish, German and a few other European cultures. One of my more colorful (ahem black sheep) family members came over on the Mayflower. He was among the first to be hanged in the New World for a criminal offense he made while onboard the ship.
