One of the benefits of sharing on AncientFaces is reuniting lost or 'orphan' photos with their families.
This darling baby photo was rescued by member Nancy Christensen. She said it was 'left behind in President Gardens apartments in Kansas City in 1960' and that her 'parents kept it all these years.'
There must be a reason that this cutie pie was kept and Nancy is trying to find this photo her home. It's a difficult mystery to solve without a name, but hopefully someone somewhere will recognize the face and place it with the time and location.
This is just one of the many mysteries we are trying to solve. Discover more lost and found photos

My first endeavor is to return photos that my parents found and held onto for safekeeping. They were not tech savvy, so I took on the task of reuniting these photos with their family. My mother is Pamela Thompson. My dad is Richard William Russell. My mom grew up in Fenwick Michigan. My dad grew up in Hart Michigan. They had 2 kids together. Living in Michigan.
Hello I'm 57 born on 8/3/1964. Live outside Dallas ,TX. Loving the warm weather it beats the snow in N.Y. I love my family. Remember they are the ones who will always be there in the end.Love is why we are all here for anyway.
I want to build a place where my son can meet his great-grandparents. My grandmother Marian Joyce (Benning) Kroetch always wanted to meet her great-grandchildren, but she died just a handful of years before my son's birth.
So while she didn't have the opportunity to meet him, at least he will be able to know her.

My father's side is full blood Sicilian and my mother's side is a combination of Welsh, Scottish, German and a few other European cultures. One of my more colorful (ahem black sheep) family members came over on the Mayflower. He was among the first to be hanged in the New World for a criminal offense he made while onboard the ship.
