Genealogy is my hobby, my profession is social work, and over the course of the last year both my parent's and my paternal grandmother passed away. Working on my Genealogy has helped me deal with the loss of my family. When I started I didn't have much to go on, but have obtained a lot of information in the last year. James Randolph Hobbs Jr. son of James R. Hobbs & Theadocia Allison. James served in WWI & WWII. I believe he was in the calvery, as his profession was breaking horses
Martha Jo Stapleton
A photo of Martha Jo Stapleton. Martha was the daughter of Henry 'Dick' Stapleton & Dessie Rae Burns. Martha did not know her father as her parents divorced when she was 2 years old. Martha was born in Hollis OK and died on Nov. 22, 2001 in Coleman, Coleman Co., Texas. She is buried in the Coleman City Cem. next to her first husband. Johnny Leon Hobbs, who preceded her in death 9 months prior.
