A sister my grandfather never spoke of. He also had a brother named John Oliver Taylor a year older than himself,he never spoke of him either! I found them on the census!

According to the Death Cert. this is my Grandfather's sister!! Why did he never speak of her? I found her through a census search. The Death Cert. shows Persilla White and James Taylor as her parents the same as my Grandfather, Lawrence Wade Taylor. I wonder what the family dynamics were? Can anyone tell me?
