About me:
My Taylor family comes from Butler County, KY. I am also researching the Beck family from Butler and Ohio Counties, KY. I would like also to reasearch the White family of Butler County, KY. These are my father, George Thurston Taylor's families. He was born in Morgantown, KY in 1922. I currently reside in Tacoma, WA. There are other families on my mother's side that I am also researching. They are listed below.

Charlotte (Eads) Rains
Charlotte (Eads) Raines born app. 1833 in Indiana. Married Isaac Rains January 3, 1850. Moved to Iowa where she died January 16, 1920 in Mahaska County Iowa. She is buried at the Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa (Mahaska County) Iowa

Was the daughter of C.D. Horn and Rebecca May Eakin born in DeSoto Parish Louisiana 12/29/1924 Died in Henderson, Texas 12/21/1989 Was married to Wallace Rains.

Lula Taylor Moore
A sister my grandfather never spoke of. He also had a brother named John Oliver Taylor a year older than himself,he never spoke of him either! I found them on the census!
According to the Death Cert. this is my Grandfather's sister!! Why did he never speak of her? I found her through a census search. The Death Cert. shows Persilla White and James Taylor as her parents the same as my Grandfather, Lawrence Wade Taylor. I wonder what the family dynamics were? Can anyone tell me?

Hubert, Lawrence, Edwin, Earl, & George Taylor
My Dad, George Taylor, is standing. Hubert and Edwin Earl are his brothers. Lawrence, seated between Hubert and Edwin is my Grandfather.
