Believe this is a second wedding reception for Manley Franklin Blackburn and Della Underwood Blackburn. The surrounding group is believed to be Blackburns and relatives. Manley F. Blackburn was raised in Warsaw Duplin County. Father Robert Blackburn, mother Mary Blackburn, brothers: Richard, Matt, Walter, Woodrow and Robert and sisters Mary and Attie are found with Manley in the 1930 census. Manley was born ca. 1924. None of this group are Underwoods. Does anyone recognize these people?
