John Joseph Hall’s childhood home
Located at 10226 Westcott Avenue in Sunland, a suburb of Los Angeles, this is where Joe lived from 1950 until just before he was married (apprx 67) during the 1960s.
His father died in the master bedroom on Christmas Day, 1963. The house stayed in the family until Martha sold it following the death of son, Jim, in 1979. The interior has been completely remodelled, but the outside remains exactly as it did when the home was built in 1949 & throughout the time the Hall family owned it.

I want to build a place where my son can meet his great-grandparents. My grandmother Marian Joyce (Benning) Kroetch always wanted to meet her great-grandchildren, but she died just a handful of years before my son's birth.
So while she didn't have the opportunity to meet him, at least he will be able to know her.

My father's side is full blood Sicilian and my mother's side is a combination of Welsh, Scottish, German and a few other European cultures. One of my more colorful (ahem black sheep) family members came over on the Mayflower. He was among the first to be hanged in the New World for a criminal offense he made while onboard the ship.

Gassagne girl?
This was found in my great grandmother's trunk. Is it her as a young girl? She was born in Calif. 1878. Her mother was half Native American and father was French. Can anyone shed any light? Thanks!
The mystery is described above. I would like to know if anyone may recognize this girl or place the approximate date. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Family Gathering, Dayton, OH?
I purchased this photograph at the flea market in Dayton, OH. There are 36 people in this photo, and I don't know who any of them are. I am thinking this was possibly taken in Dayton, OH anywhere from 1890 to 1910, or somewhere around there.
Does anyone know who any of these people are?
