Frederic Leake 1816 - 1898

Frederic Leake was born on November 28, 1816 in Albany, Albany County, New York United States to John W. Leake and Julia Johnson, and had siblings John Shipman Leake, Simeon Johnson Leake, Horace W. Leake, Lucretia Leake, and Catherine Yates Leake. He married Elizabeth Esther Sabin. He would also marry Ruth Benjamin Sabin, and they had a child Henry Sabin Leake. He also married Caroline Augusta Richards, and they had children Mary Bryan Leake, John Leake, Charles Richards Leake, John Leake, Richard Bryan Leake, and Caroline Richards Leake. Frederic Leake died at age 81 years old on May 23, 1898 in Williamstown, Berkshire County, MA, and was buried in May 1898 at Westlawn Cemetery in Williamstown.
