Janet Henderson (Nish) Thom 1856 - 1924

Janet Henderson (Nish) Thom was born in 1856 at Sandhurst in Bendigo, Greater Bendigo City County, VIC Australia to Rev. James Nish and Margaret (Young) Nish, and had siblings Dr. James Alexander David Nish, Samuel George Nish, Augusta Elizabeth Nish, Mary Henderson (Nish) Mackay, and John Henderson Young Nish. She married Rev. Robert Thom on September 20, 1883 at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, in Greater Bendigo City County, Victoria, and they were married until death separated them. She had children Daphne Thom, Keith Young Thom, Reston Nish Thom, Harold Thom, Eric John Thom, Janet Nish Thom, and William James Nish Thom. Janet Thom died at age 67 years old on April 15, 1924 in Heidelberg, Banyule City County, VIC.
