Zella "Zellie" Fuller was born 1 Apr 1824 in Granville Co NC, daughter of Dempsey & Nancy Fuller. Her family migrated to Texas in 1844, following a brother, Alsey Fuller, who was in Nacogdoches by 1840. Not long after Zellie's family settled on her mother's land along what is now the Kaufman-Van Zandt County border line, she married Andrew P Sullivan on 28 Feb 1848 in Henderson Co TX.

Texana Ratliff was a native Texian - born 14 Jul 1845 in San Augustine Co TX, daughter of William D & Evaline Garrett Ratliff. By 1860 she was living in Henderson Co TX, married to George D. Manion, a young attorney. CHILDREN: 1/ Evaline "Eva" 20 Dec 1860 - 11 Jun 1866; 2/ Essie 14 Jun 1866 - 16 Jun 1866; 3/Fannie Crosby 3 Jan 1868 - 27 Jul 1940; 4/Alfred Burt 1870 - 1879; 5/ Mary B Aug 1874 -After 1920;
6/ George D, Jr. 1 Jan 1875 - 15 Mar 1876; 7/ Infant Son B & D 1 Mar 1877. Texana died 14 May 1926 in Kaufman. She is buried next to George Manion, her children and mother in the Manion family plot at Kaufman City Cemetery in Kaufman, TX.
